The Gemsaw has been
developed especially for diamond sawing, shaping and bruting. All lasers
have a long resonator in order to have a pulse with enough power to cut
in the stone without having the risk of damaging the stones. It allows
the pulse shaping and power modulation during the whole process in order
to minimise risks and adapt the power during the sawing. |

The Gemsaw818LP will
cut up to 15 carats an hour The Gemsaw 20DP & 18LP will cut up to 30
carats an hour Thicknesses of 25 to 30mm and more may be processed
Losses are between 2,4 to 3,2 % depending on the size and the shape of
the diamond
