Steps to Applying

In our spirit of always-better diamond machines and always-better service, we’re committed to making the Lexus team member experience always-better too. Our focus on improvement also applies to our application process. For most applicants and in most of our locations, the simple process described below will let you know what you can expect from our recruitment process.

Once you’ve scrolled through our job listings and found the one that's right for you. Be sure to also attach your resume as a Word or PDF file.
Our system will respond to you right away. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hour(s), double-check to make sure we have your correct email.
If you’re a good fit, we’ll contact you to conduct an initial interview by phone, which may be followed by video or in-person interviews.
If selected, we’ll extend you a conditional offer. Then, pending a successful background check, drug screen (and, in some cases, a medical and or functional capacity exam), your offer will be confirmed and a start date will be set.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in diamond planning, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in Carbon (Smart Recut / Smart AnyCut / Multi Diamond).
  • Strong practical knowledge of diamond planning workflows and yield optimization techniques.
  • Ability to train, guide, and mentor students with a structured approach.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati, with working knowledge of English.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or team mentoring (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of factory workflow and real-world diamond manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to bridge software knowledge with practical shop-floor application.
  • Basic proficiency in student evaluation, performance tracking, and assessment methods.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with empathy towards students, focus on results, and ownership of training outcomes.

  • Established network with diamond manufacturers, HR heads, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive program enrollments, build partnerships, and expand industry reach.
  • Strong skills in program management, batch planning, and operational coordination.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and position training programs as a value-added service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati/Hindi and English.
  • Strong result-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to track key performance metrics (enrollments, conversions, placements, revenue), drive growth, and scale training programs effectively.
  • Experience in placement coordination, industry linkage, and talent pipeline development.
  • Innovative mindset to design schemes like scholarships, incentives, and industry-sponsored programs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking, strong ownership, empathy towards students, and focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
